SPRING ROLLS

Ingredients:
1 pkt Spring roll skins

For the filling
100 g Smoked Pork
1 small Cabbage, shredded
1 Carrot, grated
1 tin Bamboo shoots
1 Onion
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 pkt Thai spicy basil stir fry (Asian Home Gourmet)







SPRING ROLLS

Method:
Mix all the filling ingredients together and leave it to rest for 30 min. Place a spoon of filling in the centre of the skin. Brush edges with beaten egg, flip sides over the filling & roll tightly. Deep fry until golden & crispy. Serve dipping sauces: Soy sauce, Spring rolls sauce, Sweet chili & Sweet & Sour Sauce (Pantai).
