GARLIC & THYME POTATOES

Ingredients:
4 large potatoes
Few springs of thyme
Anchovy fillets
Cloves garlic
Butter
Salt & Pepper

 



 

 


 


GARLIC & THYME POTATOES

Method:
Wash the potatoes and slice into thick slices. Place on a large piece of oil and brush with the butter, sprinkle with garlic. Re-assemble the potatoes and squeeze in between a piece of anchovy and a spring of thyme. Wrap tightly in the foil and bake in a hot oven temp 180°c for approx 45 min.
